A man has been injured in a gun attack in County Down.
The shooting happened at a house in Ardcarne Park in Newry at about 0100 BST.
The victim is in a critical condition in hospital.
Police are also investigating reports of a shooting at another house in the same street. Shots were also fired at a house in Parkhead Crescent.
The area has been cordoned off. Further details will follow.
